 What is a Young Leader? |
| Young Leaders are Explorer Scouts who have chosen to help with another Scout section i.e. Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts or Scouts. |
 The 13th Fife Explorer Scout Unit currently have 7 Young Leaders;13th Fife Beaver Scout Colony Rhys Turner Grace Lamond Micheala Monese and Laura McLuskey were previously Young Leaders; however are now too old although Michaela has now applied for a warrant as an Assistant Beaver Scout Leader and Laura is helping when she can due to moving on to university in Glasgow. 13th Fife Cub Scout Pack Stuart Hamilton Scott Brown was previously a Young Leader and has now applied for a warrant as an Assistant Cub Scout Leader. 13th Fife Scout Troop Christopher Dewar was previously a Young Leader with 41st Beaver Scout Colony and has now applied for a warrant as an Assistant Scout Leader with our Scout Troop. Rosyth District Shannon McWilliam - formerly a Young Leader with the 13th Fife Scout Troop has now taken a warrant as an Explorer Scout Leader (Young Leader) and will be responsible for leading the District`s Young Leader Unit while Laura McLuskey - mentioned above under Beaver Colony is taking a warrant as a District Explorer Scout Administrator - a role that can be carried out whilst living away from the district. |
